Materials Needed:
Thick colored cellophane sheets
Paper towel/ toilet paper tubes
masking tape
Directions:
1. Have the colored cellophane cut to smaller square sizes
2. Allow the children to attach one or more sheets of cellophane to the tube to create a colorful viewing experience
